FruitFul is a habit tracking and mood logging application that helps users build positive routines through:

• Habit creation and tracking
• Mood logging with analytics
• Smart notification reminders
• Data synchronization across devices
• Premium subscription features

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You're responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person
• You must be at least 13 years old to use FruitFul

4. Subscription Terms

FruitFul is a premium subscription-based app that provides:

Payment:

• Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple App Store)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal activities
• Share your account credentials
• Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the app
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content
• Interfere with other users' experience

6. Intellectual Property

• FruitFul app and content are owned by us
• You retain rights to your personal data (habits, moods, etc.)
• You grant us license to use your data to provide the service
• Feedback you provide may be used to improve the app

7. Data and Privacy

• Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy
• We use Firebase for data storage and sync
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• We're not responsible for data loss due to device issues

8. Disclaimers

• FruitFul is provided "as is" without warranties
• We don't guarantee the app will always be available or error-free
• The app is for personal productivity, not medical advice
• Results may vary; we don't guarantee specific outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

• Data loss not caused by our negligence
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Issues with third-party services (app stores, payment processors)
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service

10. Termination

You can:

• Cancel your subscription anytime through your app store account
• Delete your account and data through the app

We may:

• Suspend accounts for terms violations
• Discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Modify features or pricing with notice

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.

12. Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat: Subscription management (subject to their terms)
• Firebase/Google: Data storage, authentication, and crash reporting
• Firebase Crashlytics: App crash reporting and performance monitoring
• App Store: Download and payment processing

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
